The Brawn Saves The Babe

This week I’ve been leveled by a cold/cough/itchy throat/headaching sickness.  But it’s not all bad because I’ve been able to indulge my hankering for a good old classic movie.  And given that these are mostly Hitchcock films, they’ve all got that “brawn saves the babe” element, which somehow comes across as gentlemanly and valiant rather than superficial and trite.  Here’s a list of the movies that made the sofa a little less comfortable in case you too catch the bug.
